Chapter 5: Triad Archipelagos – Modular routing up the fretboard

Description:

In this lesson, Richard revisits the four types of triad arpeggios he introduced in Chapter 3—major, minor, diminished and augmented—and presents some very useful diagonal paths, what he likes to call “archipelagos,” that enable you to smoothly play an arpeggio up and across the fretboard through two or three octaves and back. He then introduces inversions of each triad arpeggio—starting on the third or fifth instead of the root—and, as a bonus, includes some cool extended arpeggio patterns and shapes inspired by gypsy jazz guitar legend Django Reinhardt that require the use of only two fret-hand fingers.
